i only just noticed today that CALDERWOOD claims "i lied to you
and you did not listen".

if you have been told "Luke is a fucking liar, luke is a
fucking liar", what possible motive could they have?
what are the consequences of me TELLING THE TRUTH?
they LOSE THAT GRANT MONEY DON'T THEY?

this is called a MOTIVE.

say "luke is a liar", deceive NGI Search, get money. easy, right?

i have the ORIGINAL REPORT written by MARGARITIS which
CALDERWOOD and myself assessed that LEWIS had had the
wool pulled over his eyes by MARGARITIS and BHARVANI,
neither of whom did work even remotely approaching the
high quality that i would have required IF THEY HAD NOT
BEEN DEVASTTINGLY AGGRESSIVE AND ASSAULTED ME.

you can compare the original report against the submitted one
which contained factual errors as well as presenting
SVP64 in such a poor light that it would have destroyed
the entire project's reputation, as well as negatively
impacted NGI and yourselves, personally, for allowing
the project to even enter the NGI Search Programme.

I was COERCED (criminal action 2010 disability act)
by CALDERWOOD to "massage" the report to present it as
"ok". it was TOO LATE to get the work redone.

i can DEMONSTRATE that MARGARITIS utilised an out-of-date
SVP64 compiler, because his work was sub-standard compared
to the approach i was GOING TO ADVISE HIM TO FOLLOW.
he chose an INAPPROPRIATE FUNCTION that required MY INPUT
to complete through close collaboration.

MARARITIS picked the WRONG FUNCTION out of IGNORANCE,
and used the out-of-date compiler out of LAZINESS,
misrepresenting the amount of work done in direct
violation of the NGI Search Contract. i can only
surmise he likewise wished to hide this from you,
once again providing a motive for supporting
"Luke is a liar".

BHARVANI likewise engaged in blatant deception
of the amount of work he actually did. again
he has a motive: CALDERWOOD shared his ipinion with
me that he believed BHARVANI's business was failing,
and he desperately needed that grant money.

motive again.

CALDERWOOD and LEWIS then ORDERED me to attend the Dec23 Milestone meeting,
and to REMAIN SILENT THROUGHOUT so that it would look like i was
"approving" the sub-standard work.

after the meeting CALDERWOOD shared his insight with me
that "everyone could tell BHARVANI was [being deceptive
about the work done]" - it obvious that he was re-hashing
work already done and simply "substituting a different word"
and bullshitting you (Mirko).

MARGARITIS and BHARVANI's devastating aggression, the effects
of which YOU PERSONALLY WITNESSED, Mirko, back in nov 23,
additionally had me terrified of attending any meeting where
they were present.

this terror, combined with COERCIVE CONTROLLING BEHAVIOUR
BY CALDERWOOD AND LEWIS OF AN AUTISTIC DISABLED ADULT WHICH
VIOLATES THE DISABILITY ACT 2010 CRIMINAL STATUTES,
was simply too much and i had to sleep to reduce brain
swelling instead of attend the meeting.

remember the nov23 meeting?
i was so distraught by their hard stares on the zoom call
and their aggressive raised voices prior that it triggered BRAIN
SWELLING as well as Chronic Adrenal Fatigue and PTSD, i got
up from the chair and FELL ONTO THE FLOOR.

there is more, i do not feel safe relating, it is too much.

CALDERWOOD's misrepresentation to you has been devastating
and placed me at risk of death dozens of times, caused brain
damage, as well as getting me PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED AND HARMED,
in such a way that it could have left me paralysed for the
rest of my life.

please tell me that you have kept accurate notes and recordings
of conversations, because it will become necessary to pass
them to the UK police as evidence.

Karolina: as a lawyer you know the drill.

if either or both of you can give Depositions it would be
most helpful.

STATUTORY DECLARATION: I HAVE ALWAYS TOLD THE TRUTH.
medically, due to my autism, the cognitive dissonance of
fabricating lies and KNOWING that they are different from
the truth causes STRESS RESULTING IN BRAIN SWELLING AND
SUBSEQUENT IMMEDIATE BRAIN DAMAGE.

lying, for me as an empathetic autistic adult, is MEDICALLY
CATASTROPHIC and has been for several decades (40).

(i can get things wrong, but i cannot engage in DELIBERATE
fabrication that maintains one or more knowingly-false "threads")

CALDERWOOD did NOT KNOW about this because i only just worked
it out recently about why i cannot lie / deceive.

this message is sent to two police officers of the law:
a statutory declaration that the above is truthfully written
by me, of sound mind and judgement, and fully cognizant
of the Law regarding Perversion of the Course of Justice,
as if an official statement and/or crime report.

if any officer wishes me to sign such a statement, or
aids or assists in making a police report IN A SAFE FASHION
THAT DOES NOT COMPROMISE MY SAFETY GIVEN THAT I HAVE
BEEN PSYCHOLOGICALLY TORTURED AND HARMED, and have
MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND DISABILITIES PLACING ME AT RISK OF
DEATH IF SHOCKED, i am happy to do so immediately.

p.s. police conduct enquiries team: you didn't check the
101 logs nor the messages i sent where i have already
reported crimes under the 2010 Disability Act, have you?
