at 1:51? started involuntary "brrrr", sticking tongue out,
cheeks puffed out like child "blowing bubbles". was lying
down at the time, demonstrating a lymph node massage exercise
(lazy cross crunches).

voice is okay but has "nggh nggh nggh" tourette's interruptions.
