greatly appreciated, PALS it turns out have become part of
the problem. they have not listened and have made threatening
warnings that *i*  must "comply" with their "zero tolerance"
policy when in *medical distress that is causing brain damage*!
to any literal-minded DISABLED AUTISTIC ADULT such a demand
is simply outrageous aggressive maltreatment *on its own*,
as due to REAL MEDICAL DISTRESS INVOLVING BRAIN DAMAGE
i have on MULTIPLE occasions been unable to stand up (yet
had to try to flee from security guards??), been unable to
move in some cases, and in all life-threatening situations
in abject terror and uncontrollable sobbing had to
desperately try to minimise blood pressure, failed to do
so and had MINI-STROKES right in front of aggressive
staff, hell-bent on asserting that i am "medically fit"
bcuz we said so, now get the f*** out btw here's the
security guards we have told you're being abusive, to make
sure they feel good about doing their job.

(i interviewed one of the security guards when i was able
to do so, she clearly stated she loves her job)

reality is, there has been zero tolerance from UHS, zero
treatment, zero care [1], and i am now so terrified of UHS A&E
i have had to refuse to allow SCAS paramedics to transport
me there five times out out 15 paramedic callouts since the
3 nov assault, and have even stopped calling paramedics
this week EVEN when in chronic pain (left temple) and on
TIA incidents (mini-strokes) and respitory difficulties
(anaphylaxis).

the sheer terror i feel and the complete lack of care and
threats - even repeated by a police officer (PC Iwan Blann)
i MUST comply with ZERO TOLERRRRANSSS polllissiizz ..?
as a literal-minded autistic adult in serious medical
trouble under any kind of duress, i am barely keeping
ahead of the onslaught of damage and harm that is impeding
recovery AND RUNNING OUT OF MONEY WITH WINTER COMING UP

btw PC Iwan Blann, PC Gabe Short: requests for a Chaperone
IN WRITING ON OCTOBER 24TH A&E VISIT under the Autism Act 2009
were IGNORED COMPLETELY ON ALL VISITS INCLUDING OCT 24TH.

if an autism chaperone had been provided AS IS REQUIRED BY
STATUTE ON REQUEST FOR ANYCAUTISTIC ADULT, i would never have
been assaulted and never felt terrified for my life on both
visits you are respectfully investigating.

you both believe hospitals provide good care by default:
my VIDEO AUDIO AND HANDWRITTEN EVIDENCE and testimonials
to the Care Quality Commission show systematic prejudicial
abuse and terrorisation that amounts, put simply, to torture
and due to the destruction of evidence and outright lying
(in writing) is Perversion of the Course of Justice which you
both know to be a criminal offense.

i have watched people come in with loved ones - mothers wifes
brothers. they come in with the exact same symptoms, their
loved ones look terribly worried, they GET EMERGENCY SCANS.
i come in ALONE, i CANNOT DESCRIBE MY SYMPTOMS because
AUTISM AND STROKE DAMAGE COMPROMISE COMMUNICATION and i
get not just ignored but de-prioritised, tagged "dangerous",
and systematically abused neglected and assaulted.

[1] with some beautiful wonderful exceptions, i have met
   some absolutely amazing and caring doctors and nurses,
   jemma bart(?) frank and so many more. even the nurse
   with 100+ self-inflicted scars on her wrists, she does
   a fantastic job. one female security guard, oct24 visit,
   was brilliant as well. UHS A&E is... a challenging place
   to work. many of the staff are themselves traumatised
   and some are "barely functional zombies".
