that I have FRAGMENTED MEMORY RECALL DUE TO THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ABUSE AND
BRAIN DAMAGE CAUSED BY RAYMOND LEWIS AND CALDERWOOD

you HAVE to stop expecting me to be able to successfully communicate "in
one complaint".

firstly I simply cannot do so because of the autism.

secondly I CANNOT OVERCOME THE MEDICAL DAMAGE WHICH IS NEUROLOGICAL AND
PHYSIOLOGICAL OF THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE without SUPPORT HELP AND PROPER
EMPATHETIC IN-PERSON INTERVIEWS, yet even there it is still terribly risky.

I therefore DEMAND AND REQUIRE UNDER THE STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS OF THE
AUTISM ACT 2009 that you RESTART ALL POLICE CRIME REPORTS taking into
account my DISABILITIES and do so with IN-PERSON INTERVIEWS ONLY, with an
APPROPRIATE ADULT PRESENT.
