bob, i found the abuse by MARGARITIS.

i made a reasonable request that the project not be brought
into disrepute at FOSDEM through misprepresentation.

MARGARITIS refused to follow through.

he then further became abusive and refused to acknowledge my
authority as Project Lead, List Adminiatrator and disregarded
my direct responsibility to ensure Members are not placed at
risk or harmed by irresponsible actions.

far from *me* being abusive, it should be blindingly obvious
what actually transpired.

please bear in mind also a SECOND earlier incident, when
MIROSHNIKOV tampered with the Project's Financial Records,
forcing me to enact an Emergency Financial Audit.

BHARVANI (and MARGARITIS) instead of offering to help with
the Audit, called a SIMULTANEOUSLY-HELD meeting at which they
attempted to SEIZE CONTROL of the entire Libre-SOC Project
through "majority" voting (invalid as such voting is in direct
contravention of the Libre-SOC Charter)

i then had to fend off CALDERWOOD literally screaming at me,
placing me into such shock i was only able to speak one word
every few seconds, to GET ON THE CALL i.e. to cease and desist
from resolving the absolute top priority task of recovering
the Project's Financial Records sabotaged by MIROSHNIKOV.

the hostile seizure of the project only failed because
neither BHARVANI nor MARARITIS knew the Charter.

as an aside, attempting to call a ZERO NOTICE meeting to
seize control of a project and its assets should be ringing
massive alarm bells in your mind.

and this is the person who has accused *me* of being abusive??

do you start to see why i requested Mediation, and why
i set Mediation as a condition of approval of his RFP?

what kind of message does it send to pay someone who has
been *this* abusive?

please tell me you understand and will be retracting any
implication that "lkcl is an abuser", in writing.


i am a PROJECT MANAGER. it is an UNPLEASANT job, requiring
that i "lay down the law" and INSTRUCT people to follow
set procedures, and desist from specific behaviours.

it's an unpleasant job that is "at odds" with simply being
"A Project Engineer like everyone else". Managers *have*
to be firm with people, *have* to ensure that they strictly
follow procedure, otherwise a project of this magnitude
simply disintegrates by default.

MARGARITIS simply refused to accept that as a contributor
he AGREED, when he joined, to respect the way the project
operates, refused to accept my authority as MANAGER,
disrespected my responsibility and became abusive in the process.
you can see that clearly in the way he dodges and focusses
directly on causing conflict in the above public thread.
(i believe Alexandre commented on how he showed no empathy).

i was forced to revoke MARGARITIS's write-access as a result of
his ongoing abuse, but as i said i missed the IRC channel
where he engaged in unauthorized [1] discussion with MIROSHNIKOV,
and was given a false and unauthorized impression that his
behaviour was acceptable as well as telling him (without
consulting me first) that "payment is unconditionally
authorised".

([1] given his abuse and danger to members that represented,
write access revocation includes the list, bugtracker, git,
wiki and IRC channel. i simply missed the IRC channel during
the emergency lockout forced on me to protect members in
line with my legal reponsibility as Systems Administrator
of my server)

it is a real pity because MARGARITIS's early work was of
an astonishingly valuable nature to the project. his attitude
changed dramatically however when he became a
**FULL TIME EMPLOYEE of ARM Ltd**.
