Psychological torture, mental torture or emotional torture is a type of
torture that relies primarily on psychological effects and only secondarily
on any physical harm inflicted.

   A contemporary definition of psychological torture are those
   processes that "involve attacking or manipulating the inputs
   and processes of the conscious mind that allow the person to
   stay oriented in the surrounding world, retain control and
   have the adequate conditions to judge, understand and freely
   make decisions which are the essential constitutive
   ingredients of an unharmed self".[3]
   The Torturing Environment Scale is the first scale to
   measure Torturing Environments based on this model.[3]

1. you removed me from my environment in which i was happy,
  self-determining, and recovering from brain damage caused
  by domestic violence.

2. you placed me in an environment where i felt not just
  abandoned but under constant threat: sleep deprived and
  not knowing each day if i was going to live through
  another night of forced toxic substance ingestion.

3. you placed me in a cell layout identical to that of
  Belmarsh prison. [one of the patients has been there]

4. you removed my right to make free decisions.

5. your forced non-consensual non-informed ingestion of
  a toxic substance attacked my conscious mind causing
  me at the bare minimum to be unable to do Sudoku puzzles

6. your staff physically violently assaulted me twice,
  leaving me terrified that it could happen again at
  any time.

7. the non-consensual non-informed toxic substance i was
  forced to ingest is known to manipulate the mind,
  specifically neurotransmitters including dopamine.

8. you caused harm.

it is pretty clear that what you inflicted upon me for
fourteen days amounts to psychological torture.

please explain why your organisation has engaged in
psychological torture.
