your CONSULTANT - Dr Thagadur - the one whom you claim in writing
does not work for the NHS - was part of a team of NINE
people, one of whom - a doctor - refused to give their GMC
number on the 2nd tuesday MD meeting.

Dr Thagadur, also part of the initial 4-man assault team at 31may
3:30pm, was overly aggressive during the 2nd tuesday meeting,
and refused to answer direct questions, repeatedly and systematically.

my notes show i asked him repeatedly "what evidence do
you have of psychosis"? - he refused to answer, dodging either
by immediately asking another question or immediately
attempting to change the subject in order to gain control of
the conversation.

THREE TIMES he attempted to have me THROWN OUT of the MD
meeting *about me*, after failing to answer my direct and
simple questions. please explain his behaviour to me in simple
language.

my friend had to repeatedly request that he stop pressurising
me as i was taking hand-written notes, and it was a slow
process as i had to note answers and my own questions, plus
timestamps, for legal evidential purposes. please explain why
he pressurised me, an autistic adult, when stress for autistic
individuals is extremely dangerous.

eventually he demanded that myself and my friend LEAVE THE ROOM
whilst they made decisions ABOUT me, without me being present.

AN ASIDE: AT NO TIME WAS AUTISM EVEN MENTIONED DURING THE PARTS
OF THE MEETING WHERE I WAS ALLOWED IN THE ROOM.

you have no idea how badly you have screwed up, here, because
yet again you have not actually talked *TO ME*.

you are REQUIRED BY LAW TO ENGAGE IN INFORMED DECISIONS where
i am CONSULTED yet every single time where decisions about
me were made i was PROHIBITED FROM BEING PRESENT and
PROHIBITED FROM BEING INFORMED.

2nd tuesday MD (jun10?) prohibited.

this is why your organisation has engaged in human rights
abuse, torture, and violated the Nuremberg Code Article 6
Section 3.

please provide an adequate explanation that takes into
account my meticulously collated notes video and audio
evidence which you have not asked for, nor provided a safe
environment for me to get to you for review.

please explain adequately why CCTV footage has been destroyed.

please explain why you have not requested photographic evidence
of lacerations and bruising caused by physical violent assaults.

please explain why your staff stood back whilst my legs
smashed against the hard tiled floor in some cases
for an hour, during trauma release incidents, caused by
the hostile nature of the torture environment you caged me in.

please explain why when i was found sobbing in my torture
cell the nurse responded "you're not trapped" when i stated
"i feel like i am being caged like an animal".

please explain why your staff during the complaints procedure
have not engaged directly with me to provide a safe environment
to discuss the mistakes you have made, when i have Chronic
Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome and PTSD from being subjected to
Domestic Violence, as well as autism.

please provide an explanation as to why systematic written
requests for doctors to review the forced toxic substance
ingestion side-effects were IGNORED ENTIRELY.

please explain why no doctors attended to review the collated
timestamped evidence of displaying every single one of the
known VISIBLE symptoms of the forced ingestion of a known
toxic substance with strongly-worded well-documented
well-researched FDA warnings surrounding its use.

please explain why i was forced to ingest said toxic substance
UNSUPERVISED BY NIGHT SHIFT AGENCY STAFF when all FDA warnings
state this substance MUST be monitored.

please explain why the consultant whom you claim does not
work for the NHS ordered non-consensual non-informed
forced-ingestion of such a dangerous toxic
inflammatory-inducing substance IMMEDIATELY without a
comparative observational period of NON use?

please explain why i have not been provided with the results
of the blood tests of torture day 14 for potential kidney damage.

please explain why when i requested one of the nurses to take
both left and right blood pressure readings, which showed over
a TWENTY point systolic difference (145 left, 125 right),
why when i then said that this is a known symptom of
micro-vascular damage, the nurse IGNORED me and did not
call a doctor immediately for verification and emergency scans?

please explain why promises made by the 31st may assault team,
and why "Akeem" mentioned and offered on the 29th to
"provide scans" were not fulfilled.

please provide an explanation as to how my notes show
i only ate four hot meals out of 54 served as the contents
contained inflammatory-inducing oxidating substances that
are dangerous for someone with my medical conditions that
you DID NOT ONCE ASK ME ABOUT.

please provide me with the evidence of a conversation taking
place that shows my dietary needs were met by yourselves,
after i notified you in writing DAY 2 of being autistic and
needing a very specific (paleo / ketogenic) diet.

please provide an explanation as to why i had to get dietary
supplements and food brought in by my friend, or ordered and
delivered by Amazon at personal cost.

please provide an explanation as to why Dr Jones's
instructions to return my MCT-8 oil and the electrolyte
drops ordered BY ME AT MY OWN COST on amazon as part of my MEDICAL DIET
were completely ignored.

please exlain why autism is not mentioned once during the
audio and video recordings i captured, during the assault
of 31st may.

please explain why your consultant - the one you claim does
not work for the NHS - claims the 31st may meeting was 90 minutes
when his presence at the assault by himself and 3 others
including a Hampshire Social Services individual named
"Akeem" is shown clearly in the audio recording to be only
of duration ~20 minutes.

please explain how this 4 man assault team - including the
consultant that does not work for you - are able to ascertain
in ~20 minutes by way of patronising questions that i
"must be psychotic".

please explain why one of the 4 man assault team asks
"why i believe i have physical symptoms" instead of
asking for the video evidence and handwritten notes
i had collated for several months which demonstrates
and documents the same.

please explain why your staff began discussing showing me
round the ward even before the closed-doors meeting
(the 31st may one i was prohibited from gaining access to
after being assaulted by their aggressive questioning)
had finished.

please explain why FIFTEEN people were posted strategically
around the reception area as shown in the video evidence
that you have not been able to destroy

please explain why the video evidence shows more than six
people assaulting me around 4:30 pm.

please explain why you were unaware i have Chronic Adrenal
Fatigue Syndrome and PTSD.

please explain why you were unaware of my genetic family history
including Spina Bifida.

please explain why you believe it is acceptable to violently
and physically assault someone when you have no knowledge of
their physical medical conditions.

please explain why you systematically endangered my life
and disregarded my safety and well-being.

please explain why no follow-up support was provided to
ensure i was safe and well after being tortured so badly
i could not recognise the shops of Woolston High Street.
