I was filming MYSELF for my own safety.

given your negligent destruction of CCTV footage this precaution turned out
to be a good one.

on one occasion when I was on the floor in medical distress for SIX HOURS
your stupid staff did not call a doctor, they put a screen up to PREVENT
doctors from seeing me (I watched doctors walk past, multiple times). I
used my tablet to take NOTES, under the privacy of a BLANKET, to PROTECT
myself.

I find your ASSUMPTION that I was filming OTHER PEOPLE to be presumptuous,
shocking, and obscene.

your statement "I must have forgotten the introduction" also indicates
negligence on your part.

you have not requested to see my handwritten notes which are dated and
timestamped FOR LEGAL PURPOSES.

your letter as yet another "Final response" when you have not clarified
with me the contents of the complaints, is yet again further negligence and
abuse on your part.

please can someone stop these people from being further negligent,
reporting them to the police on my behalf.

I cannot risk being further subjected to their negligence, abuse and harm.

I am currently receiving ACTUAL MEDICAL TREATMENT for ACTUAL MEDICAL
CONDITIONS that were PRESENT AT THE TIME OF THE TORTURE and went
UNDIAGNOSED AND UNTREATED by these wilfully negligent and abusive people.
