please explain why when section 122 exists nobody asked me if I had
sufficient finances to cover the cost of food that you neglected to provide
(as you had not asked me what my diet is, even after informing you in
writing on day 2)

please explain why you have not requested to see the photographs of each
and every handwritten note handed in to the staff office, which includes
the very same staff office in the background of each photograph and
includes the time and date on the handwritten note that matches the
timestamp on the photograph itself.

please explain why you are forcing me to counter your negligent written
assumptions.

please explain why you consider GREENWOOD's letter adequate when it
contains negligent assumptions, indicates wilful destruction of CCTV
footage, and indicates a negligent failure to interact with me to ascertain
the nature of my complaints even before attempting negligently and
inadequately to "address" them

please somebody contact the police on my behalf to report these negligent
people so that I no longer have to deal with them and are not exposed to
further harm or medical distress by their wilful neglect and abuse.
