they are once again dodging responsibility, failed to review the video
footage, failed to ask for the video footage, failed to acknowledge neglect.
failed to acknowledge that one of the doctors refused to provide a GMC
number on request. failed to request my WITNESSED notes.
additionally nobody asked me if I have sufficient funds (section 122).
the list of failures goes on and on.
I am sick of dealing with this.
please can someone take over including making the required report to the
police of neglect.
further: to go to the PHSO I need *all* matters of negligence addressed.
there are approximately 100.
why have they YET AGAIN sent a "Final response" without asking questions?
this is continued abuse!
