[Libre-soc-dev] diagnosis of bleed on the brain and PTSD

hello for context i have finally received medical diagnoses
by a doctor. an official diagnoss report has to be arranged.

i have been unable to speak approximately three times in
ten days. words simply do not come out: i can make single
syllable noises or grunts but even this is a huge risk.

hampshire police mis-triaged the report of assault as
harrassment.

harrassment (3 instances) and intimidation has since occurred,
making the mis-triage correct but missing that it was an assault.

2010 disability act also applies.

cannot say more due to risk of further intimidation and harm.
