basically. it doesn't matter the amount, i have made the
analysis: THEY made a catastrophic series of abusive mistakes
which have placed me into deep distress and shock fifteen
times in seven weeks, and at risk of DEATH once, three days ago:
THEY need to fix them.

in my case lack of queations "WHY are you like this".

there is zero empathy or understanding and no desire or
sensitivity to th3 seriousness of the MEDICAL conditions.
