in the past i have made a declaration that grant work shall
be 100% completed and the money drawn down by yourselves
on that basis of trust. (i then ensured that in order to
avoid a bureacratic rush that the work was completed *months*
before the EI Grant termination date but that is another story)

with all work COMPLETED ONE HUNDRED PERCENT THREE MONTHS AGO
it would make sense to make *your* RFP to the EU, giving
plenty of time given that communication has been so
catastrophically one-way-only for the past eight weeks
(except this very last one).

i am therefore making a PUBLIC DECLARATION that all work was
satisfactorily completed 100% for all remaining RFPs
[otherwise i would never have submitted the RFPs in the
first place].
