you mentioned that there have been some ANONYMOUS (as far as
the Libre-SOC Project goes) reports of abuse, against me.

i am REQUIRED to investigate those under the Project Charter,
as administrator and lead.

due to the person contacting you (and not me) we need to go
through a process of elimination, and activate Brian as
Mediator if they are not already on the list of people who
have REFUSED to utilise his services.

* BHARVANI did not respond, after his abuse, to Brian's Mediation
 (appx oct 2023)
* CALDERWOOD and LEWIS did not respond, after their abuse jan24
 feb24, to Brian's Mediation (they were contacted systematically
 and repeatedly, including by Bob - Brian confirmed that
 he had no response, approx april/may 24).
* MARGARITIS i requested within i believe 24 hours of his
 abuse, that you activate Brian's mediation.
* MIROSHNIKOV i would be extremely surprised if he contacted
 you: he knows damn well he screwed up extremely badly
 (sabotaging Financial Book-keeping Records oct23) yet did
 participate in the review to fix it. his involvement
 in the project was... troubled, shall we say. i know
 why (he finally told me his background), but it is a
 highly private and sensitive matter not suitable
 *in any way* for public discussion.

our most likely accusers, therefore, are *already* on the
other side of abusive action for which Mediation has been
requested, or offered and refused!

bear in mind that all of these three are part of the NGI Search
Grant that was **HIJACKED**. i cannot say more here because
it is under active investigation by FundingBox's Lawyers.

so.

our most likely accuser is one who has been abusive.

if you recall, i have spelled out approximately... eight times
now that the conditions for approving MARGARITIS's RFP is
that Brian's Mediation service be activated and utilised
to get MARGARITIS to fully understand the danger - the
threat to my life - that his callous and blatant refusal
to respect my authority as Project Administrator represented.

i leave this with you, i would much appreciate confirmation
that Mediation Services were in fact activated with Brian
for MARGARITIS at the time of his abuse and dangerous
violations of the Libre-SOC Charter.
