the MoU milestones do not work that way. we have shared
payment for work completed since the inception of the
project. *multiple times ince 2019*, across *multiple*
grants and *multipe* RFPs, work done by one person has been
assigned to *in full* or in some cases split/shared with
*another* person or in some cases a Corporation, even though
that person or Corporation has *or has not* done the "actual"
work.
the *entire project* has operated on that basis.
why now suddenly should payment be declined to one person
when the OTHER PERSON HAS HAD A FULL REVIEW AND BEEN PAID?
there is something desperately, desperately wrong here.
