oh fer god's sake :)  ok.  well, best option, you have some sort
of "remap" file (text file) and perhaps we put the same numbers
as FreePDK45 blockage layers.

ok.  i will redo them all at 50um.  they can then go into the area outside
of the IORing, and will look like IO pads.
