hell no.  it's supposed to be exactly SFFS (Power ISA 3.0B) compliant.
or... more to the point (sigh), exactly *Microwatt* Compliant because
"the Spec" != "IBM POWER9" and "The Spec" == "retrospective writing"
as we well know...
