I've gone over this bug report twice and haven't found a comment that I
missed... can you give me a hint? :)

Heh :) Trying my best, still end up being a bit of a monkey who doesn't
remember certain key development rules, and stuffs things up sometimes. I have
to stress, I've reviewed each comment on this bug report and haven't been able
to find a comment that is not implemented in icache.py... and the current very
limited unit test pass so.. I'm stuck and confused.
