ok, so, still, we conclude that cxxsim behaviour is incorrect.  the
fsmstate$next which can be seen in the gtkwave screenshot should not be
transitioning on the falling edge.

i also noticed it transitions on the falling edge at the start, from IDLE to
WORKING.

cesar (or yehowshua) could you crossreference this discussion in the nmigen
bugreport?
