this is also called "broken heart syndrome".
the Radiologist report stated I have "global hypertrophy" which is muscle
loss, thin walls of the heart.
I therefore naturally looked up pictures of Takotsubo syndrome and could
not make a match (Google images, Nature magazine article) against any
variants.
as a mechanical engineer I suspect that the point of failure has been the
Mitral and Tricuspid valves rather than "balloon" the heart chamber itself.
I woke again to anaphylaxis within five minutes.
I realized with a horrible sinking sensation that
these incidents are "Cardiac Asthma" from
Mitral regurgitation and Tricuspid regurgitation,
waking me up due to the life-threatening risk
of death by heart failure whilst asleep.
I also realized that the number of incidents of
Cardiac Asthma, with this new identifying criteria
from the last message I sent, is far higher than I
previously reported, as I excluded some of the
mild anaphylaxis incidents on waking.
the actual number of heart attacks is closer to
500 in the past 3-5 years.
