based on the Mitral valve and Tricuspid valve
regurgitation, which is a serious heart condition
on its own, I began an investigation as to why I
go into anaphylactic shock. the chain is as
follows:
https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/neuroscience/cardiac-asthma
"Wheezing or “cardiac asthma” can occur when
there is compression of intrathoracic airways by
vascular engorgement and interstial edema"
(the intrathoracic airways are just below the
voicebox; vascular engorgement means that
organs - such as lungs - swell up due to excess
blood).
why would there be excess blood?
https://www.cedars-sinai.org/health-library/diseases-and-conditions/m/mitral-valve-regurgitation.html
"If the regurgitation gets worse, some blood
may start to back up into the lungs"
what is one of the symptoms of mitral
regurgitation?
"Cough with clear or pink, frothy sputum (mucus)"
(this has happened to me hundreds of times when
violently assaulted)
additionally my friend who has a medical researcher
with knowledge of asthma says that it is the
bronchials that get damaged and cannot get
enough oxygen: therefore if the Mitral valve is
pushing blood back into the lungs this would
cause damage and lack of oxygen that triggers
a fight for breath and a massive increase in IL-6
(I have a blood test showing IL-6 at 38.8)
at long last there is an identifiable chain, but it is
definitely getting worse. it is more painful, now,
and the "gasping for breath" on each incident
is getting stronger (it never used to happen at all)
note: I had another heart attack today, after
becoming severely distraught, in sobbing distress,
at being unable to make a report of physical
assault in India due to (quite sensible) police
procedural limitations that I was unaware of.
I began coughing up white flegm within minutes,
and the "gasping for breath" began a few minutes
after that.
that resulted in four severe "cardiac asthma"
attacks over the next four hours. it also included
ischemic symptoms which repeated three times.
the police had to drive me to the nearest hospital,
fortunately only 400 metres away.
