I am presently researching "why do I get horrible
pain on a barometric pressure change?" especially
in my heart.
the hypothesis is: the gas is produced by bacteria
and is embedded in the muscle.

In Infections (e.g., Gas Gangrene)
Causative Agents:
Primarily Clostridium perfringens, but also Group
A Streptococcus, Staphylococcus aureus.
Q: what effect can Group A Strep have?
A: HEART VALVE DAMAGE

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients face a
significantly higher risk—up to double the
risk—of developing cardiovascular disease
(CVD) compared to the general population,
with cardiovascular issues being a leading cause
of mortality. Chronic systemic inflammation,
rather than just traditional risk factors, drives
accelerated atherosclerosis, heart failure, and, in
some cases, silent myocardial infarction.
Other Manifestations: Increased risk of
pericarditis (inflammation of the heart lining),
myocarditis, arrhythmias, and conduction
abnormalities.

Rheumatic heart disease is a condition where
the heart valves have been permanently
damaged by rheumatic fever.
The heart valve damage may start shortly after
untreated or undertreated streptococcal
infection, such as strep throat or scarlet fever.
An immune response causes an inflammatory
condition in the body.
Q: how does peridontitis progress to the rest
of the body, and which bacteria are most
common?

Table 2.

infections based on our institution’s experience and the available
