Justin, I am so sorry to have to do this, it was a privilege to meet you
and find that you were one of the rare legal experts with domain expertise
in computing capable of understanding my work.

if you recall, we last discussed that RED Semiconductor Ltd's Directors
violently assaulted me and illegally seized control of the company but I
did not provide you with details due not only precisely to the very harm
(brain damage) that they had caused, adversely affecting my ability to
communicate, but also because I had no idea of the full extent of their
criminal and malicious activity.

on the 15th January 2024. Shriya Sharma was a witness and attempted to
inform them loudly and clearly the distress they caused. they ignored her,
and, now knowing they had caused an Ischemic stroke when I had pneumonia
and burst Cerebral arteries that caused the virus to enter my brain, whilst
trying not to break down sobbing in shock and distress in front of her and
her housemates, I had to leave her home where the meeting took place and
cycle home. I had no idea at the time how close I came to death.

after violently assaulting me and then claiming "instability and
deception", the Directors then seized control of the company by voting
themselves extra shares on the 16th and recklessly and falsely filing a
forced resignation on the 17th without my ever having been called to or
notified of the meeting.

they then subsequently established a second company, RED Semiconductor
International Ltd, and renamed RED Semiconductor Ltd to avoid Google
searches showing that I was a Director of the original company, allowing
them to avoid having to explain my autism on the VC Risk register, as well
as how and why the majority shareholder that they failed to declare to
Company's House as a person of significant interest was recklessly removed
without that majority shareholder Director being told of any proceedings
taking place.

I now have medical evidence to show a near-lethal combination of chronic
Peridontal disease (over 10 years leaking bacteria through damaged blood
brain barrier into arteries and brain), athersclerosis (damaged brain
arteries from cholesterol getting loose under deep shock and associated
cortisol and BP rise), multiple holes from strokes caused by blood clots
and burst arteries under massive BP rises due to deep traumatic shock and
distress from Domestic Violence, multiple Ischemic strokes and hypoxia
damage from the cholesterol blocking brain arteries, videos showing my eyes
going in different directions, slurred speech, face droop and being unable
to speak, massive facial swelling from Anaphylactic shock that now occurs
routinely, combined with 20 hours medically supervised 10/20-pattern EEG
readings showing Cardiac arrest and Ischemic strokes, video recording of me
by Nursing Professionals showing me trying to speak with them and being
unable to utter anything but single syllables or the most basic words.

both CALDERWOOD and LEWIS almost killed me, caused devastating long-term
chronic harm from which most people never recover.

I had to re-learn to speak after the first massive stroke caused by
Domestic Violence around May 2023, which all Directors and employees knew
about. video evidence is online of talks I gave, stuttering through the
presentation at a fraction of the speed I previously had.

it took me over a year to get a statement out of Company's House that
CALDERWOOD acted criminally and fraudulently to publicly misrepresent
himself as acting for and on behalf of Company's House to make false and
fraudulent public statements about me. those false public statements, made
on 3rd march  2024, put me into deep shock, unknowingly at the time causing
an Ischemic stroke so severe that I woke up unable to speak the following
day.

the reason I am putting Denton's on Legal Notice is because all this time
you have been listed as an advisor to the company, and are still listed as
an advisor, that has two Directors with at least fifteen extreme serious
criminal offenses between them, including an 1861 Section 18 Offense of
Wilful Malicious Wounding.

if you recall we met to discuss the Trademark VISC. it did not proceed,
which was good, because it is actually an unlicensed Alias for my
Trademark, Simple-V.

if you also recall, after our meeting telephone call (where I was shaking
uncontrollably in terror but managed not to show it in my voice) I wrote to
you afterwards to inform you that RED Semiconductor Ltd's Directors had not
sought a License for my Trademarked technology.

I have also been forced into the position of putting Silicon Catalyst on
Legal Notice as they are funding the criminal theft of my Trademarked
property.

the Trademarked technology is the Specification that results from my
"Prefixing" system that I invented and we discussed, and for which I have
incontrovertible public proof of first-use April 2018.

CALDERWOOD and LEWIS are proceeding to apply my Trademark, Simple-V, to
RISC-V without my authorization. a few weeks before they violently
assaulted me and almost caused my death, I had just told them of the early
work published online, a very early and commercially unsuitable variant of
Simple-V that I applied to RISC-V, around 2019.

CALDERWOOD and LEWIS are bringing Simple-V into disrepute by firstly
stealing it under an alias of VISC and secondly proceeding without
authorization, consent, or verification that the resultant specification
that they have created without my authorization meets acceptable criteria
that would not bring my Trademark into disrepute by being inadequately
designed.

this is particularly important given that RISC-V is itself a public open
specification, as the publication of the compiler tools necessary for use
of the compliant CPUs will have to state "Copyright RED Semiconductor Intl
Ltd" in the source code of gcc, llvm and binutils, whereupon the users of
the compiler toolchain will look up VISC, not Simple-V, and when I myself
come to do the job of applying Simple-V to RISC-V properly and diligently,
their theft through aliasing will without a shadow of doubt harm my ability
to commercialize my work.

as you are keenly aware the technology that I spent so many years designing
is extremely powerful and is extremely valuable. right at the start,
CALDERWOOD and myself spent six months for several hours per day to verify
with a spreadsheet designed by Dr Paul Darfour Johnson that we would
legitimately expect revenues of £1.6 billion by year 6 to 7. the diligence
with which we verified my Trademarked technology was what allowed us to
approach you, and many others, with such high confidence.

I trust that you will take the harm to Denton's reputation seriously, from
being directly associated with not just Trademark theft but Trademark theft
performed in such a despicable way that the owner of that Trademark,
myself, was almost murdered due to the thieves refusing point-blank and in
writing to acknowledge the devastating physical harm and psychological
trauma of someone they knew has autism (because it has to be listed in the
VC Risk register), knew had had strokes, knew had fled from a domestic
violence relationship of 16 years, their financially-motivated greed
created.

both CALDERWOOD and LEWIS are exhibiting psychopathic behavioural traits.
CALDERWOOD has a photographic memory and has legal training from his days
at Glasgow University. he has spoken extensively and at length without my
knowledge to my family, friends, team members, funding bodies, the OPEN
POWER Foundation, to DSIT, to my ex-partner with narcisstic personality
traits who lied under police caution about violently assaulting me in front
of my daughter on 11th September 2023, and as i investigate more and more I
find that the list goes on and on of his terrifying manipulation and
deceipt.

the devastating physiological and psychological trauma he has caused is so
bad that I am exhibiting all the symptoms of someone who has been tortured.
this on top of MRI scans, X-Rays and 20 hours of continuous 10/20 EEG under
medical supervision showing chronic life-altering physical damage to
organs, bones, arteries, small  cerebral vessels and my brain. the
radiologist report in particular mentions a hypoplastic vertebral artery (a
genetic disorder reducing brain blood supply by 10-15%) Periventricular
white matter and other Ischemic damage, major artery athersclerosis and more

I was sobbing on reading the report and looking at the scans, showing holes
and burst artery damage as I had done my research and knew what it meant,
and that I had unknowingly been having Ischemic strokes for at least six
years due to the Domestic Violence.

in all seriousness I do not know how I am still alive.

I leave it with you to carry out a proper investigation: please do not
hesitate to reach out to me if you need additional information,
clarification, medical reports or video evidence.

please bear in mind also that CALDERWOOD's false information was so
devastatingly comprehensive and overwhelming convincing that it resulted in
my mother, who has been showing signs of dementia for several years, was
complicit in convincing a psychiatric ward to have me forcibly ingest an
incredibly dangerous toxic substance WITHOUT them first checking any of the
facts, and without doing MRI scans or any form of medical checks to
establish the extent of the pre-existing brain damage.

the SAR I obtained from Hampshire Council is horrifying in the litany of
verifiably-false information provided by so many parties.

I managed to make notes and secretly kept video evidence of strokes,
Anaphylactic shock lasting 90 minutes after every forced ingestion of the
toxic substance, and also secretly recorded doctors and nurses refusing
point blank to take the life threatening incidents seriously.

the psychiatric ward, known to be one of the worst in the entire United
Kingdom, has been systematically evading responsibility and liability for
their role in almost killing me, and their evasion and the trauma and
physical harm (more strokes) has caused is also extensively and publicly
documented.

once again I am so deeply sorry and terribly embarrassed that your
reputation and that of Denton's, a world-wide respectable firm, has been
tarnished by association with such terrifyingly criminal
financially-motivated activity.
