I wish this report - which is not a false report - to be taken
seriously.

I have made a report (not a false report) of an
1861 Section 18 Offense by MARIE RAYMOND
as well as a Domestic Abuse Offense, following
discovery of chronic brain damage from a
Doctor's Medical Report on an MRI Scan that
was carried out in June 2025.

additionally I have a 20 hour Professionally Medically Supervised EEG
recording including
video evidence that shows Cardiac Arrest patterns
and stroke symptoms during a severe storm.

"chronic" means "several years", indicating that
the damage occurred during the time I was under
the abusive control of RAYMOND, including her
having complete control over my bank account
and her embezzling money from it.

I have additional video evidence of stroke
damage, in the form of timestamped videos
released on YouTube whilst I was resident at 28
Caxton, as well as the timestamped video showing
RAYMOND being violently verbally abusive
non-stop for three hours, causing such distress that
my entire face and neck swells up, I go into
Anaphylactic shock and collapse.

retrospectively I now understand the medical
conditions that caused my collapse, including
Athersclerosis (shown up on the MRI report),
Arterial damage, as well as a Genetic disorder
called a "hypoplastic vertebral Artery", which
reduces blood supply to the brain by up to 15%.

additionally my daughter had to listen to these
abusive incidents, of which there were at least
1,500, for over twelve years. that makes RAYMOND's
abuse a 1933 Children's Act Offense, as modified
(2020?) to include psychological harm, given that
several hundred of the abusive incidents took place
within the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.

please can you let me know the Crime
Reference Number and the name of the OIC for
these violent and serious crimes.
