and Legal training, knows precisely and exactly how to steal a Trademark.

he even explained it very clearly to me, as a team of Open Source
developers attempted to do exactly the same thing with one of the core
technologies I used called nmigen in the work funded by the EU.

the new renamed company RED Semiconductor International Ltd has just got
support from a very high profile VC firm specialising in VLSI technology
called Silicon Catalyst.

they are currently in the process of stealing my Trademark named
"Simple-V", by aliasing it to "VISC" and claiming publicly that the results
of the application of my technique of Vectorising a Scalar ISA is theirs,
when in fact this Trademarked technique was developed by me.


the longer you do not take action that I need, rather than taking action
that I don't, the more harm this is going to cause.


I had another 1 hour Anaphylactic incident yesterday after waking up at 7pm
(not 7am). the brain damage I suffered at birth combined with the hypoxia
at two weeks and needed life support for four weeks fits with a medical
condition called PVL

PVL damages the blood brain barrier, causes susceptibility to strokes,
causes delayed neurological development issues, damages myelin, causes
suspecptibility to toxins, viruses and bacteria, and much more.

combined with the autism and the reduced blood supply from the left
cerebral vertebral artery, the effects of RAYMOND's Domestic Violence, the
viral infections including the one that you knew full well about in 1994,
and the one I had in 1979, and the pneumonia I got when I visited you in
Dec 23 which persisted well into February 24, it is a miracle I have lived
as long as I have.

then there is the bacterial infection from failed root canal: periodontal
disease easily crosses a damaged blood brain barrier, causing depression
and much much more.

you keep insisting that you have the right to interfere in my life, keep
giving advice that is not needed, yet you have had the knowledge all this
time of extreme serious medical conditions.

you knew I had had a stroke, caused by RAYMOND.

you keep insisting for literally decades an epithet "it's not what you say
it's the way you say it" yet never asked why, and it turns out that the
effect of these chronic life-long medical conditions causes anxiety,
depression, hypoxia under distress or shock, susceptibility to stress and
much more.

none of which can be medddikkated away because the meddiccassheunnn is for
"normalies" that do not have brain damage caused by the toxic nature of
pharmaceutical drugs.

none of which any psychiatrist can help with because it is PHYSICAL BRAIN
DAMAGE.

I even informed you around August 24 of the hypoxia and you forgot,
continuing to be abusive to me and insisting without listening to the facts
of my medical conditions and sticking to your party line that "I was and am
the one being abusive."
