without prejudice i regret to inform you that RED semiconductor
*International* Ltd has just been accepted onto the VC
programme run by Silicon Catalyst, by stealing and aliasing
my Trademark, Simple-V, as their proprietary technology "VISC".

Simple-V is the Trademarked technique developed with EU funding
of creating a standard such as SVP64 by converting an ISA to
a Vector one.

you really need to start taking this matter very seriously
as the reputations of all concerned are being severely
damaged, especially given that the theft of RED Semiconductor
Ltd and the Trademark theft was achieved through violent
assault, discrimination, fraud, and many other extreme serious
criminal offenses.

i have serious brain damage from violent assaults so i need
you to be proactive on this before it gets even more out
of hand than it already has.

l.
