Without Prejudice

i have just learned that you were convinced to add RED
Semiconductor Ltd, the company that i founded, to the
list of supported companies in your portfolio.

unfortunately i need to make you aware of theft of my
Trademark, Simple-V, aliased by LEWIS with the support of
the other Directors, as "VISC".

the theft was carried out through violent physiological
and psychological assaults, when unknown to me at the time
(i thought it was just Asperger's) i have brain damage from
hypoxia at birth and head injuries aged 6 months that showed
up on a recent MRI and MRA as Periventricular white matter
damage. i also a hypoplastic left vertebral artery (reducing
blood supply to my brain by around 10%), Ischemic stroke
damage, athersclerosis and much more.

i also suffered multiple strokes from Domestic Violence
of which all Directors were 100% aware as i was unable to speak
clearly (stutter or at a fraction of my former speed),
and was therefore kept away from the ChipStart events.

the Directors also knew full well, having been informed
in writing after verbal warnings proved inadequte,
that i have asperger's and yet LEWIS continued to be verbally
aggressive, was warned many times not to be, and systematically
since his appointment wilfully ignored all warnings given to him
by the other Directors.

no discrimination training was provided by the Directors
to either employees or other Directors either for Asperger's
or for how to speak with people who have been abused by
Domestic Violence or for people who have had strokes affecting
speech.

as a direct result of this wilful failure i was placed into
deep shock multiple times by aggression from employees and
Directors, one of which nearly killed me from Cardiac Arrest,
three of which caused Anaphylactic shock (toxins released
from Athersclerosis breakdown under massive Blood Pressure
rise, as well as toxins in the brain being released from
autistic neurological shock) and many more extreme life
threatening events.

one of the assaults was a Director and employee meeting.
this assault of the 15th january 2014 by LEWIS was supported
by CALDERWOOD as a means to seize control of my company
despite me having the largest shareholding. on the 16th
they voted themselves extra shares, then immediately voted
that i had resigned, without my knowledge whilst i was still
recovering from the violent assault, and then Recklessly
filed a false report with Company's House on the 17th Jan 2024.

later that month i learned i had pneumonia as well, which
given the Periventricular damage meant that the virus crossed
over the blood-brain barrier and caused Viral Encephalitis,
which manifested as extreme frightening symptoms which i was
unable to video as i was too busy fighting to stay alive.

the technology that i created is indeed as powerful as you
have listed on your website. the concepts behind the Trademark
however do not belong to RED Semiconductor Ltd and they are
operating entirely without a License.

i trust that you understand the significance, and will take
this matter very seriously. i am keenly and painfully aware
that you have been deceived:

be advised: you can from experience expect CALDERWOOD to lie.
he is one of the most highly intelligent people i have ever
met, but to give you some idea: i have hard evidence from
conversations with Company's House of his fraudulent actions
and blatant misrepresentation of facts. he even claimed to
represent His Majesty's Government as directly Authorized
by Company's House as their representative, to make a public
statement about me (which was demonstrably and fraudulently
false).

due to the maiming that he caused i have reported him to
Hampshire police under crime report 442400463915, for
Malicious Grievous Bodily Harm: an 1861 Offenses Against
the Person Section 18 criminal offense. this is by no
means the only crime: it is just the most serious.

the number of criminal offenses by LEWIS and CALDERWOOD
is just breathtaking. the scariest part is that their
intelligence levels are so high that they can give a
plausible story that convinces you of the reasonableness
of their actions.

i wish i was not telling you any of this. these people were
supposed to work for me, to bring my radical new powerful
general-purpose computing technology to the world in a
democratic fashion.

instead they have seized the Trademark as their own, and
applied my Trademarked technology to RISC-V without my
oversight, risking bringing everything that i spent years
developing into disrepute as the technology requires
far more expertise to apply correctly than they have.

in order to effect the Technology theft with minimum "resistance"
CALDERWOOD has devastated my reputation with the OpenPOWER
Foundation, my EU Funding body NLnet, the Directors of the
EU NGI Programme, my friends, my family, my Research team,
and even my ex-partner of 16 years who lied under Police
Caution.

all of this has taken place whilst he and his associates
not only knew i had almost died of serious injury from
Domestic Violence but that the brain trauma that was caused,
combined with pre-existing chronic and genetic medical
conditions, left me in no position to talk successfuly to
anyone: a fact that CALDERWOOD then wilfully and intentionally
exploited, causing even more maiming and brain injury, hence
the Malicious GBH Crime report.

there is much more: i am lucky to still be alive, but
continue to suffer serious brain-related Anaphylactic
shock of up to 90 minutes duration, Ischemic strokes that
cause Tourette's and rob me of the ability to speak,
the latest of which was only eight hours ago.

none of which is understood well enough to be "treatable"
by Western medicine as the combination of conditions is
so exceptionally rare i have been accused literally straight
to my face of "faking symptoms" - something that i now have
hard evidence was medical negligence on their part, and
which was in itself a violent assault.

the money lost from the theft by violent assaults by
CALDERWOOD and LEWIS would easily have allowed me to
obtain the highest medical expertise and care.

my concern for you right now is that you are yet another
group in a long list of people whose reputations are at
risk by supporting some extreme serious criminal activity.

i expect you to take this seriously and work with me to
ensure both our reputations are not adversely affected by
this breathtakingly criminal activity.
