there is so much going on, for such a long time, that
this is a difficult task in and of itself. due to the
psychological torture you will need to be patient and
allow me to answer without pressure (this is standard
procedure easily found with a google search)

however there is a serious problem, described here, which

WILLIAMS threatened to destroy my £6000 asset if £500 was
not returned to him immediately. it was recovered by my
friend Professor Alex Hankey and the [ransom] money paid
in cash.

as a former friend of nearly
25 years WILLIAMS had previously been accommodating for up to 2
years for amounts much larger. the distress and shock of
his aggressive demands, fuelled by false information provided
to him by BOB GOUDRIAAN and DAVID CALDERWOOD, led directly
to me having Ischemic strokes, Anaphylactic shock, Autism
toxic poisoning (causing brain inflammation) and symptoms of
Cardiac arrest.

the following videos are the effects of non-contact physiological
assault (Rv JM & SM 2012, Rv Chan Fook) by WILLIAMS. i now know
that this was brain-oxygen deprivation, strokes, and also
possible cardiac arrest (if my interpretation of EEG readings
is correct) *and* a rare type of brain-injury-related
Anaphylactic shock.

this list of videos is *not* complete, it is just what i could
stand to upload without risk of serious distress.

WILLIAMS has repeatedly stated (not exact words)
"i don't understand why you could die just from what i say".
he has repeatedly, wilfully and systematically ignored
my warnings and explanations of the risk of death.

it turns out that when i was born i had a ruptured brain sac,
which resulted in me going blue (hypoxia) aged 2 weeks and
i was put on life-support for four weeks. in addition to
that my mother informed me that aged 6 months i fell forwards
out of a "bouncer" that was on a table, went straight between
her arms as she tried to catch me, and smashed head-first
onto a stone floor in an apartment in Paris around August 1970.

an MRI report of 25/06/2025 has the key words "chronic periventricular
white matter ischemia".

i have to stop now, i can't keep recalling and writing this
continuously, it risks causing deep distress which could
trigger another stroke. as of right now i am experiencing
"dissociation" - trance-like - which is "helping" me to
write but is also very weird, watching a finger type as if
it is not entirely mine.

please speak to PC Taiyub Khan and ask him for the message i
forwarded to him, of my friend (please don't ask for his name)
evading an assassination attempt on 16 jul 2025.

please also can i ask you to activate procedures for
communicating with someone who has been tortured to
the point of death well over a hundred times, from
brain oxygen deprivation due to genetic medical
conditions (including autism) and prior brain injuries
which resulted from infant accidents as well as
Domestic Violence (16 years: fled 12sep2023).

an AA would be adviseable, but as long as you listen, ask
questions, do not jump to conclusions, or assume i have
provided everything in this one message, we should be good.

PC Khan did not in any way follow that: it caused deep
distress, associated Anaphylactic shock followed and I
don't want to hear from him. he did bless him get the
message finally but by then it was too late: he had
already investigated the wrong crime due to Hampshire
Police mis-triage.

WILLIAMS btw has provided officers with a false report,
last week. i gave details as to why to the online
Herts team. it is down to wilful and intentional
misinterpretation of my informing him of the 16jul2025
attempted assassination attempt of my friend
(whose name i will not give you for his safety).

WILLIAMS's behaviour is indicative of some form of memory
loss. i have messages from him that he has no recollection
of sending.
