hi Paul greatly appreciated any help you can give. understood limitations,
clarity appreciated.

rueful: Unlawful activity not exactly "civil legal assistance" though.
criminal activities have taken place, and you can't get legal aid for
prosecution even if disabled, maimed, tortured or almost murdered.
