oh no - that's because nichola, against my expressed pleas
to take into account the torture, brain damage and autism,
failed to do so and, causing significant distress in the
process and causing ischemic strokes as a result, closed
all cases.

please ensure that all cases are reopened as it was her
incompetence and lack of resources allocated by you that
led to her taking unilateral action to abandon me despite
being severely disabled and crippled physiologically
and psychologically.
