Paul apologies my safety comes first.

Autism Act 2009 applies. apologies you are in a tricky situation here.

there will be plenty of people without homes who have GPs. the stone cold
silence is UNLAWFUL, as is the blatant continuous violation of the autism
act 2009.

after what amounts to criminal torture and Human Rights Violations i have
absolutely no desire whatsoever to inform any member of the United Kingdom
Government. The British Embassy in India might prove a suitable
intermediary (not a joke).

DVLA license is LEIGH702230LKY9F. Subornation (a criminal offense) has
occurred by attempting to force me to make a false declaration. followed by
assaults and torture. The assaults and Subornation make their "protection"
from torture invalid (the clauses in the Law that allow Civil Servants to
engage in torture as part of their Lawful duties are INVALID if there is
additional Criminal activity... and there is Criminal Activity).

UHS have refused to respond to SAR, the danger there is that they start
destroying evidence (they have already destroyed CCTV footage and witheld
CCTV footage from the police). exercise extreme caution: they have abused
many other people including a member of my family (accused my niece when
aged 9 of "faking symptoms")

CQC have refused to respond to SAR.

Hampshire Council have answered Dec24 SAR but I have hard evidence of them
lying and witholding information (Obstruction of Justice) I require
UNREDACTED Dec24 SAR.

there is a second Hampshire Council SAR underway.

DVLA I have not yet sent an SAR. one is needed.

Cannon House I have not yet sent an SAR. one is needed.

Atherley House there is criminal activity (multiple assaults) and a very
carefully worded SAR is needed to ensure they do not destroy evidence. I
have hard evidence of them lying (and video evidence of them causing
Ischemic strokes on multiple occasions).

police also need SARs.

Police IPCC also needs an SAR. something is very very wrong if they
conclude "everything is fine" when not one single time did KING or
PARTRIDGE engage an Appropriate Adult AS REQUIRED BY LAW. And neither did
the IPCC. I waited for their call to clarify: instead they caused ANOTHER
Ischemic stroke by terminating the investigation with prejudice.

GMC I have an SAR outstanding and they have failed to action it within the
permitted time, and have not contacted me to inform me of the reason for
the delay

SCAS I also need an SAR. the Hampshire SAR shows a paramedic report
"patient CHOSE to deliberately walk in a zig-zag pattern towards us" (I was
dizzy from brain oxygen deprivation, from a
yet another Ischemic stroke).


bottom line here, you should be getting a sinking feeling that something is
desperately wrong with these organisations.

the police wrote to me to say (effectively), "thank you for reporting that
you were almost murdered. due to budget restrictions we are closing the
case without bothering to interview you. go contact the people who
attempted to murder you and complain to them".

a GMC SAR showed an additional extremely dangerous threat to my safety: a
blatant accusation by Hampshire police that I made a FALSE POLICE REPORT.
they did not request medical evidence: they instead trusted the FALSIFIED
REPORTS BY UHS A&E and the tampered CCTV evidence.

this gives you some idea of how much danger I am in, that *police* can make
such catastrophic accusations to an autistic adult who has fled from a 16
year Domestic violence relationship and who has had over *ONE HUNDRED*
Ischemic strokes.

the senior officers on duty at Southampton Central REFUSED to permit the
desk clerk to record the crime to be reported.

the shock and terror caused an Ischemic stroke. I collapsed outside the
station as I did not want to traumatise a young boy aged appx 10 years old
who was alone without an adult in reception. I made it barely out the
double doors.

they got the message loud and clear (and a crime reference given), but the
physical damage was done: yet ANOTHER violent non-contact assault (Rv JM &
SM 2012) this time by senior police officers who were WARNED BY ME IN A 101
CALL LOG A WEEK IN ADVANCE AND REPEATED TO THE DESK CLERK THAT UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES WERE THEY TO CAUSE SHOCK OR DISTRESS.

the shock they caused was so severe i now know it caused burst Cerebral
arteries. (MRI and MRA evidence has now been obtained).

video evidence was recorded, and there is a witness to the assault by the
senior officers on duty.
