no, actually, my next step is to make a police report of non-contact
assault (Rv JM & SM 2012) and to provide them with the medical evidence and
the video evidence.
after that I then give the Law Society the Crime Reference Number.
I trust that you did as you are legally obliged to do when receiving a
Legal Notice, and passed this matter to the Directors of Irwin Mitchell?
Because, Ben Ward, as you have received a Legal Notice, by replying below,
you are stating unequivocably that the response below is Authorized,
Approved by and written by the Directors of Irwin Mitchell.
if that is the case then that means that the Directors of Irwin Mitchell
are complicit in a Criminal Offense of non-contact ABH.
don't make the mistake of ignoring how deadly serious this is.
