as you can see DANIEL HADLEY LEIGHTON's
statement "i informed *you* (Luke) that the
psychiatrist said ..." - you can in fact quite clearly
see that the actual message states unequivocably
"it is private".

the tribunal was cancelled as the evidence was
overwhelming that they had been grossly medically
negligent on approximately fifty to 100 counts.

including eight safety violations and two suicides.


at this particular point in time I had already
explictly REVOKED the permission for discussion
between NHS staff and my criminally inclined
brother, such that this is not only an Obstruction
of Justice Offense on his part by making a
materially false statement to the GMC, it is also
a flagrant violation of medical privacy by
THAGADUR.

I’m very pleased to say that I have just spoken to the consultant in charge
of Luke’s care. He has made some progress and is being discharged today, he
has also agreed to return for outpatient care on a regular basis. This is
an excellent outcome as it also avoids him having the stress of a tribunal
later today.

The facts remain, however, that Luke is still in a very precarious
situation despite his discharge and it remains critical that he is not
given support for his beliefs in his persecution. Not can you challenge
them directly as he will have a ‘meltdown’. Therefore, kind support and
love are what is needed.

He has now been recognised as autistic by the medical profession (I can
tell you this as Luke has acknowledged it publicly) and the majority of his
aberrant behaviour episodes are due to this. Please take time to learn what
this implies if you continue to work with him and continue to be
sympathetic to his needs.

He will need support for the long term as the NHS has extremely finite
resources for therapy. If you would like to contribute to a fighting fund
for us to find him a long term therapist to work with then your financial
support in this respect would be appreciated. Please get in touch if you
would like to help and I shall arrange a gofundme or similar.

Once again, let me apologise for the necessity to have sent such firm
emails in the past week or so. I hope you can forgive me for being so stern
and that you will understand why I felt the need to do so.
