[Libre-soc-dev] abuse, strokes, heart attacks, violent assaults, PTSD

WITHOUT PREJUDICE this information is humiliatingly being made public, such
that in the event of my death it may be passed to a Coroner to make a full
and public investigation and to be passed to the General Medical Council
for prosecution of those responsible

attached is a copy of a report by a highly regarded infectious diseases
expert, who spent one hour going over the 20 months of medical data here in
India, bearing in mind that the UK NHS Southern Health Trust has wilfully
obstructed access to my NHS medical records as the majority of it can be
proven false and Grossly Medically Negligent.

the report typed up about one hour ago states that a mouth swab to
determine the type of bone infection is inadequate, and that DEEP INVASIVE
SURGERY is required to ascertain the pathogen.

this was something of a shock as it is a serious operation to get at the
multi-decades-infected jaw
bone.

the identity of both the doctor and the hospital are being witheld from
publication. the contents of the report as pertaining to me including the
time and date of the report are being humiliatingly made public and also
for preservation as to the existence of material evidence.

my brother DANIEL HADLEY LEIGHTON of 28 Wilberforce Road, Cambridge, UK,
has stated that these medical reports are falsified by me and do not exist,
causing severe shock, PTSD traumatisation and leading in two recorded
instances to a heart attack and stroke which he then considered faked
(again)

he is also the person that has been engaging in secretive conversations
without my knowledge and consent, discussing false and malicious
information with third parties as if they were true and accurate facts,
falsely claiming later to have spoken directly to me regarding the same
secret and false conversations, Perverting the Course of Justice by giving
false reports to the General Medical Council, threatening lawsuits which
are also an Obstruction of Justice, and causing me such horrific sustained
distress that it has caused repeated heart attacks and strokes that he then
considers faked.

DANIEL HADLEY LEIGHTON of 28 Wilberforce Road is also the exact same
individual whom NLnet fraudulently contacted, in direct violation of both
UK and Netherlands GDPR Laws, and in direct blatant violation of my
EXPLICIT written instructions to NLnet that they were under no
circumstances to contact him due to the multiple criminal offenses
including Domestic Abuse that he had committed, and NLnet did precisely
that, in order to fraudulently falsify EU Grant reports, handed to NGI.eu,
around August 2024.

if anyone has any information regarding this individual on the multiple
criminal counts he has committed, such as any other "secret" conversations,
please come forward with them.

a reminder that BOB GOUDRIAAN of NLnet has refused a direct GDPR S.A.R
citing explicitly and directly in writing as a reason:

     "because I don't like what *you* might do with
     *your* personal information, if i were to give it to
      you"

GOUDRIAAN was notified in writing to retain all records pertaining to me
that were requested and he Unlawfully refused access to in direct violation
of both UK and Netherlands GDPR Law.


it is unbelievably humiliating and distressing to be forced into the
position of publishing my medical records, "because fake". anyone else not
in this humiliating position can go to a doctor, get treatment, get better
and nobody else ever needs to know.

nobody should ever have to be forced to reveal details of for example
permanent loss of sexual pleasure due to being poisoned with known
inflammatory-inducing toxic substances when your family members secretly
give false information, and the facts indicate CHRONIC life-threatening
deep bone infection, where those same family members then lie to your face
about ever having had any such conversations with Grossly Medically
Negligent doctors at all.


PC Smyth: how are Colchester Police getting on with the re-interviewing of
MARIE ROSE-ANN RAYMOND of 28 Caxton Close under a lie detector as Lawfully
required under the Domestic Abuse Act? the attached medical report that
deep invasive surgery is required to get at the source of the infection, by
an expert in infectious diseases who has taken one hour to review Cardiac
and Brain MRI Scans, blood tests and CBCT Dental scans and reports, should
make it quite clear to you in combination with the April 2023 video
evidence given that RAYMOND's DA of 16 years was life threateningly
dangerous.
