WITHOUT PREJUDICE

it has just occurred to me what transpired with
my brother, DAN LEIGHTON.

you have already been made aware multiple times
that his mental health is questionable, that he was
on anti-depressants so strong that he cannot
remember what happened in the years around
2010.

what i was *not* expecting was him to be so
unstable as to commit an Obstruction of Justice
Offense on the 6th June 2024 by threatening
nine people with a lawsuit, including an appointed
Law representative, if they did not "interfere" with
the ongoing torture and permanent Physiological
and physical harm being inflicted by Gross Medical
Negligence.

DAN LEIGHTON was in touch with my family,
continuing to provide them with the Gross Medically
Negligent false facts collated by THAGADUR and
other NHS representatives.

he FALSELY CLAIMS to have included me in that.

this false claim is a SECOND continuation of his
Obstruction of Justice offenses.

i request require and demand that you disregard
his unauthorized and maliciously criminal
statements.

should you fail to do so you will be liable for
both civil and criminal offenses.

a reminder: criminal offenses are charges against
the *person* engaging in them, not the *organisation*.
