I am sorry, you have yet again completely
misunderstood.

yet again in direct violation of DISABILITY LAW
you have failed to follow LAWFULLY REQUIRED
protocol for engaging with someone with my
LIFE LONG DISABILITIES.

to whit:

you have made false assertions and false statements
without asking one single question.

it is the very lack of questions that is itself
a human rights violation, a violation of your
Charter, and a violation of the UK Laws
governing your organisation's existence.

initially in April 2024 you assigned me a POHWER
advocate. that person failed to do their job, and
was fired.

the second person has also failed to do their job.

in the intervening two YEARS you have failed
systematically to engage safely with me, have
failed KNOWINGLY to follow the safe protocol
for engaging with someone who has MULTIPLE
LIFE LONG DISABILITIES.

get it through your heads that you are BREAKING
MULTIPLE UK LAWS including Disability Laws,
Human rights Laws, and Laws prohibiting Torture.

shock or fear for someone with a chronic jaw
abcess, CSVD, PTSD, birth hypoxia from cyanosis
and a congenital heart defect can cause BP and
cortisol increases that can be LETHAL.

this is a DISABILITY and you are UNLAWFULLY
IGNORING THOSE DISABILITIES.

please get this through your thick heads.
