I had no idea that i am classified as DISABLED
and have informed you repeatedly of this fact.

you provided a POHWER advocate that was fired
for failing to do their job.

their replacement has failed

you have failed to acknowledge these facts.

this forces me to relive the torture i have endured
which can cause DEATH by raised blood pressure
causing the 20+ year chronic jaw abcess to burst.

your response basically has zero ackniwledgement of what i have said, which
is forcing me to repeat it and this CAUSES DISTRESS AND TRAUMA WHICH IS AN
UNLAWFUL ACTION ON YOUR PART

the law is very clear: "normal day to day activities" of a Civic Body are
excluded EXCEPT where criminal activity has taken place.

given that i have been violently assaulted and almost died, and have been
permanently maimed for the rest of my natural life, your DEFENSE of that
criminal activity makes you, personally, a co-conspirator in that criminal
activity.
