i no longer wish to engage with them, it is causing actve physical harm -
brain damage.
4. they have ALREADY BEEN PROVIDED with photographic and video evidence and
FAILED SYATEMATICALLY TO ACKNOWLEDGE OR ADDRESS IT.
every question i ask which requires them to acknowledge their
catastrophic failings which almost killed and crippled me
they have NOT ANSWERED.
how am i supposed to get answers such that they can be
presented to PHSO when they SYSTEMATICALLY EVADE AND LIE?
this ITSELF constitutes abuse under at least the 2009 autism
act, 2010 disability act, assault and many other criminal counts.
i cannot continue WITHOUT SUPPORT to deal with these criminals
as even the recall of events is causing distress and brain
damage, let alone facing their constant evasion and efforts
to Pervert the Course of Justice.

CQC does not provide an advocacy service of this kind would not be able to

So in this case, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Health NHS Foundation Trust.
You have previously raised that the Trust has not asked for the video

included;
>> ‘You have referred to additional documentation that you would like to
provide the Trust in support of your concern. Please be assured that this

like to, please let us know your preference for sharing and we can provide
you with any address details you need.’

the issues you have raised. Please be assured that these will be reviewed
should you wish to share these with the Trust. At this time, without this
further evidence, I will respond to the issues raised based on the
information and evidence available to the Trust

>> CQC recommends that you seek support from an advocacy service to assist
you with engaging with the Trust on the matter of your complaints and
hopefully come to a resolution for you.
