CQC and GMC please kindly note, CQC please do acknowledge
and provide reference number for report below, yes this is
a new report regarding Atherley House Surgery, Doctors
HILLMAN GREEN AND LAW.

GMC please note there are additional assaults by HILLMAN
GREEN and LAW, please similarly kindly take responsibility
for reviewing CQC reports and making the necessary police
report. i have VIDEO and AUDIO evidence as well as notes
of blood pressure before during and after meetings.

summary situation: GREEN and HILLMAN abusively reported me
to the DVLA for a medical condition that i do not have.
they also provided a false address. on informing them of
the catastrophic damage that their reckless action would
cause they blatantly ignored my written letter, placing
me into catastrophic deep physiological shock resulting
in immediate brain damage due to the underlying physical
medical condition behind autism (as described many times
including providing peer-reviewed medical journals)

they then proceeded to force me to undergo the process of
submitting forms FEP1 and FEP2 against my will, citing
both fabricated and recklessly mis-diagnosed nonexistent
medical conditions, as well as forcing me to unnecessarily
declare, against my will and without discussing reasons
or justification, that my autism was a driving impediment
that REQUIRED assessment by the DVLA Medical Group, when
reality is that i have been driving for 27 years without
one single incident of any kind.

my license has now been revoked as a direct result of their
malpractice and incompetence, as on finding a grammatical
error in form FEP1 i refused to make a false declaration
to the DVLA, as it is a criminal offense to do so.

at no time did GREEN HILLMAN OR LAW inform or consult me,
effectively making decisions as if i was an object not a person.
GREEN rarely asked me questions, stating bluntly and shockingly
when i could not reply, "i assume yes to that question".
LAW accused me of "faking symptoms" (video evidence available)
which put me again into physiological terror and shock, again
cauing brain damage due to immediate brain swelling.

these are extremely dangerous people who can in absolutely
no way be trusted with the responsibility of a medical
license.

please report them on my behalf for psychological torture and
assault (GBH non-contact physiological: cite Rv JM&SM 2012,
Rv Chan Fook and Rv Ireland and Burstow 1997/8) and medical
negligence. meticulous extensive notes including video evidence
photographs and routine blood pressure and other medical
smartwatch readings available on request.
