autism act 2009, to follow specific communications procedures and protocols
in order to minimize further distress and trauma.

our first order of business is to confirm with you our understanding of
your complaints. you have requested that we not proceed to any conclusions
assessments judgements or make any "assumptive close" statements, and we
acknowledge this.

therefore we are beginning with a recap of the events surrounding your
torture within our responsibility, both before, during and after. we
include also a recap of the communications from LINDSAY and "management"
and the effects that this has had.

we have also reviewed the videos and seen the selection of photographs
sent, and acknowledge them as confirming what you have told us.

also we are actioning your SAR and will send you copies of all handwritten
notes by all staff, as well as give you direct access to full medical
records held by us, as required by law.

we begin with the events that you describe as "criminal activity" by DAVID
CALDERWOOD. we understand that he manipulated friends family ....

and get them to follow the instructions that the letter SHALL AND MUST be
of the format above, covering all points above.

this is the only way I will feel safe, if this process is followed.

I CANNOT go through yet another "assumptive-close" process where I am
forced yet again to contradict false evasive obstructive statements made by
your staff.

aside from which, doing so is at this point a criminal offense known as
"Obstruction of Justice" as well as assault.
