arrange for a written response to be provided to you regarding any
outstanding concerns but I am unsure what you mean by this being considered
in stages.
it is very common for people to fail to understand clear
written instructions by autistic people.
i genuinely appreciate you asking for clarity.
please follow PRECISELY and exactly these instructions, step
by step. treat it literlly as a "cooking recipe".
1. go to the following page https://www.crnhq.org/cr-kit/#empathy
2. read the empthy section.
3. instruct the team to follow it precisely.
you have written: "the team will write a written response
regarding your concerns.
however there is NOT ONE SINGLE GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION
OR PERSON with the exception of Joseph from ECMH, Dr Routhu,
Jan from VAST and E from CH, who has asked QUESTIONS before
passing JUDGEMENT.
your puzzlement shows at my request, and you VERY FORTUNATELY
are willing to express that puzzlement and ask for clarification.
can you imagine what it is like to have neurological damage and
be at risk of death and have people SYSTEMATICALLY FAIL, going
DIRECTLY to "we don't understand THEREFORE the case is closed?"
or worse, "some f*****d misdiagnosed this moron as delusional
THEREFORE we will TREAT him as delusional, up to and including
ALMOST KILLING HIM with toxic substances, not once bothering
to check if the symptoms are real?"
this is the nightmare that you need to avoid and it means
ACTIVELY LISTENING. it means following CRNHQ protocol.
it means following Autism Protocol which you HAVE IN PLACE
AND ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO FOLLOW.
if you are saying to me that the team DOES NOT KNOW that
protocol, let alone are incapable of following it, then that
is both Unlawful and also going to place me at risk of death.
> Please may I suggest that, if support would be helpful to clarify and
order your concerns, you can access this via Advocacy.
no, laura, i can't.
the advocay people are PROHIBITED from engaging when there
is criminal activity involved.
Charlotte Wildgoose was so horrified by what i sent her,
as she had to stand by idly for an ENTIRW YEAR and do nothing
under the terms of her contract with TAP, that she quit a few
months ago.
her replacement, if there even is one, has not contacted me.
i have requested a replacement.
a replacement has not contacted me.
you can offer to pay full legal fees for a KC.
that would help.

As you have raised a number of issues, this may take a little while but I
will ensure this is shared with you as soon as possible.
