i am now reasonably recovered from two days of severe
and continuous left temple pain that often, as it did
these past two days, has me in sobbing distress, completely
unable to function. (this level of left-temple pain, with
accompanying lymph node swelling across my skull, left
neck muscles and upper back, occurs approximately...
5% of all days over the past 8 YEARS).
to ensure that - again - your "management" cannot claim
that this does not actually happen i have recorded video
evidence.

i am not going to be able to keep on recalling and relaying
these unbelievably distressing events, especially not
repeatedly. this is part of the abuse that your "management"
*continues* to inflict on me: their silence, their lying,
their shocking accusations "I Must Have Forgotten" when i have
*comprehensive* systematic timestamped notes that will pass as
Legal Evidence in a Court of Law.

i remembered: i risked listening to the audio recording just
once (link has already been provided to your "management".
don't put me at risk by asking me to listen to the videos
again).

in it, one of the stupid abusive "assessors" can be heard
saying, "why do you BELIEVE you have illnesses" (words
to that effect).

now, i missed this entirely at the time it was actully asked,
due to complete exhaustion, autism, and the fear that i was
experiencing as i could tell there was something deeply wrong
with their questions, and how they were failing to properly
engage with me as an AUTISTIC ADULT WHO HAS BEEN VIOLENTLY
ABUSED.

about that: please excuse my language but the fucking MORON
"Akim" from Hampshire County Council gave me SPECIFIC ASSURANCES
two days prior that i was there to get the benefit of the advice
from notjust one psychiatrist, but TWO experienced psychiatrists.
(video recorded after the meeting where i note my recollection
of that agreement).
he also gave SPECIFIC ASSURANCES that i would be ENTIRELY
FREE AND AT LIBERTY TO LEAVE AT ANY TIME OF MY CHOOSING.

retrospectively it is very clear tht this fuxkhead "Akim" did
NOT pass on the agreement between myself and himself, to
any of the other three "assessors".

you can see in one of the videos, his eyes express deep guilt
as i confront him on this, and he runs back into the interview
room, as your staff proceed to violently physically assault me,
causing physical injuries that went UNTREATED (photographed),
as well as INTERNAL injuries that i have already informed you of.

back to that abusive question: what the "assessors" did NOT
ask was "do you have EVIDENCE of any injuries or illnesses?"
which if they BOTHERED TO PROPERLY FOLLOW THE AUTISM ACT 2009
STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS is the kind of clear and unambiguous
question that allows an exhausted and distressed Autistic
Adult to overcome the issues associated with neuronal
inflammation, neuronal toxicity and (in my case due to
the effects of Cortisol) reduced brain oxygen supply,
particularly to the hippocampus. (i leave it to you to
look up the medical consequences of reduced brain oxygen
supply due to prolonged Cortisol exposure. it's not pretty
asit results in significant neurodegeneration).

if they had BOTHERED TO ASK, i would have been able to show
them HUNDREDS OF VIDEOs demonstrating ACTUAL medical conditions
and ACTUAL evidence of me being violently verbal abused for 3
hours, on 13 april 2023, which my daughter had to listen to,
aged 14, her being in a nearby room only 6 yards away.

when i told your "management" that the "assessors" approach
was to abusively ask questions "why do you BELIEVE you have
[illnesses]" i did NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.

reading between the lines here, particularly that the toxic
life-threatening substance they illegally forced me to take
without informed consent, i am guessing that these abusive
criminals that you call "Doctors" *believed* i had psychosis
(was delusional and faking symptoms).

if they had fucking well bothered to ask me, they could have
seen the videos clearly demonstrating both abuse from multiple
parties and also medical negligence on the part of UHS A&E staff.

how in god's name THAGADUR and the other person who gives their
name in the video ever got a License from the GMC is completely
beyond my understanding.


another issue (one the CQC needs to note) which i have not
raised before: the manner in which i was treated immediately
after being violently assaulted and smashed onto the floor
despite having multiple significant injuries, medical
conditions including fused neck and spine vertebrae.

after violently smashing me onto the ground causing serious
contusions, lacerations, bruising and internal injuries all
of which went untreated, they then DEMANDED that i get up,
and enter a "crouch" position.

two of the violent assaultees grabbed my arms, whilst another
(female, i *believe* she was the one that is a patient at
Atherley House Surgery but the videos recorded will confirm that)
grabbed my head to ensure that i did not raise it above my back.

now, what none of these fucking idiots bothered to ask was,
"is there any medical reason why we should NOT force you into
our torture premises against your will, having just violently
physically assaulted you"?

it turns out that forcing someone to walk with their head BELOW
their back SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASES BLOOD PRESSURE TO THE BRAIN

to do that to someone who has REDUCED BRAIN OXYGEN SUPPLY,
just after violently assaulting them after triggering massive
amounts of cortisol, when they have CHRONIC ADRENAL FATIGUE, is
unbelieveably negligent and life-threateningly dangerous.

so of *course* i collapsed on the floor in deep shock after they
finally let go of me.

(and they then failed, negligently, to call either paramedics
or doctors, as i was going through trauma release, shaking
uncontrollably, due to the deep shock of their violent and
dangerous assault).

your staff need to be not just fired, they need to be prosecuted
and jailed to the absolute maximum permitted by law, on
MULTIPLE counts of Grievous Bodily Harm.

when i got to see Dr Routhu, which was around 5th July i
believe, we spent 90 minutes together, with the (awesome)
nurse from Cannon House (name escapes me and i don't want
to give it out publicly anyway).

Dr Routhu summed up, at the end of an exhausting 90 minutes
where she reviewed the domestic violence incident video from
13 apr 2023, "Mr Leighton I am so very sorry for the abuse
you have been subjected to. it is very clear to me that you
have no evidence of psychosis ("delusion") and my report
will reflect that. it is also obvious to me that you have
autism, but i am not allowed to officially diagnose that".

this 90 minute meeting was what i was EXPECTING to have on
the May Bank Holiday. it was what "Akim" had SPECIFICALLY
given me clear reassurances that the meeting was designed
for.

consequently there was CATASTROPHIC miscommunication as i had
SPECIFICALLY PLANNED IN ADVANCE BASED ON MORONAKIM'S ASSURANCE
some specific statements and questions, and being AUTISTIC
and having suffered SIGNIFICANT ABUSE AND ASSOCIATED BRAIN
DAMAGE AFFECTING COMMUNICATION ABILITIES, was UNABLE to
spot AT THE TIME that your stupid, stupid "assessors" were
failing to listen to what i was saying.

they had absolutely no right whatsoever to take away my
freedom of movement, self-sovereignty, dignity, right to
self-determination. they had no justifiable reason to
poison me with a KNOWN life-threateningly dangerous toxic
substance that placed me at risk of death over eight times.
they had absolutely no right or reason to torture me: nobody
does.

i want these people jailed, Laura. they belong behind bars
for the rest of their natural life, for torture and their
active role as co-collaborators in Malicious GBH, under the 1957
Homicide Act. Crime Ref 442400463915. i don't want to go
into that.

i will have to leave it at that because typing straight for
over an hour is causing me physical and emotional distress.
