laura, another thing amongst many that your management failed to do.

in the meeting with THAGADUR where my friend (next of kin
and also i was forced to give him Power of Attorney) was also
present, i made sure to control the meeting by taking notes
(as legally permitted to do) and by requesting the GMC numbers
and names of all present.

i then asked a simple question of THAGADUR:

    "what evidence do you have of psychosis?"

he refused to answer.

i repeated the exact same question i believe it was five times.
on the third attempt, THAGADUR started asking in a
threatening way "why are you writing everything down?"
and my friend had to step in and remind THAGADUR of my
legal right to take notes.

on the fourth attempt, THAGADUR demanded that i LEAVE
THE DOCTOR MEETING, which he then rescinded.

on the fifth attempt, THAGADUR demanded that i leave
and did NOT rescind the demand.

i was then FORCED TO COMPLY, which left the DOCTORS
present, which included NINA BISI two junior doctors and
nurses making a total of NINE people to discuss continued
FORCED INGESTION OF A TOXIC SUBSTANCE with
ABSOLUTELY NO CONSULTATION OR INFORMED CONSENT
OF ANY KIND.

this is blatantly illegal behaviour. you know as well
as i do that the MH Act *requires* informed consent.

as THAGADUR did not once answer my question, and
the entire precious time allocated to him FAILING to
answer that one single question, i was NOT
PROVIDED AN OPPORTUNITY TO DESCRIBE THE DEADLY
SIDE-EFFECTS PLACING ME AT RISK OF DEATH.

this is after NINI and BISI's similar action where they put me
into shock, caused an Anaphylactic life-threatening reaction,
where i had to leave the MD meeting and due to fights outside
i could NOT GET BACK IN.

when i described these incidents which ensured that AT NO TIME
was i INFORMED or CONSENTED to a forced ingestion of a
lethal toxic substance, your "management" did not provide a
response.

the only answer given was "THAGADUR does not work for the NHS".

which again put me into deep shock on reading the letter (with
associated sobbing distress, blood pressure increases and
brain damage from the flooding of cortisol causing neuronal
inflammation and neuronal toxicity)

the answer given - aside from being a violent assault of GBH -
is absolute horse-shit. if THAGADUR does not work for the NHS,
what the bloody hell was his name doing on the TOP OF THE
DAILY STAFF ATTENDANCE BOARD.

i have photographs of this board, taken several times.

when i asked your management to explain why someone who
does NOT WORK FOR THE NHS was permitted to even be
on the premises, i did not receive a response.

btw: Lindsay was on holiday for over eleven days. days 1
thru 4 of the torture at your premises was the may bank holiday,
operating a skeleton staff only.
