i continue to be routinely assaulted, after making complaints
in particular regarding assaults by UHC A&E staff, as well as
Royal Hants employees, they lie either outright or by omission
on incriminating facts in order to protect their jobs. it
does not matter to them that the consequences are devastating
as permanent damage on my NHS record presenting me as a liar
or dangerous or both.

however what i am now routinely doing is *recording the effects*
to provide evidence, as the effects of receiving these devastating
reports are themselves an assault - something the liars will
have overlooked, as did CALDERWOOD when he manipulated jacob
into public defamation (also video'd)

i am also putting together cases showing that both CALDERWOOD
and DAN LEIGHTON Perverted the Course of Justice, which are
offenses that can result in life imprisonment.

the list of people who have assaulted me systematically now
runs to around THIRTY and includes TEN DOCTORS, several nurses,
NLnet employees, family members, friends (ex-friends), all
of whom were warned very clearly not to overstep the boundaries
of my chronic disabilities and were told what the consequences
would be.

i have recently found two cases: R v Chan Fook and R v Ireland
which cover psychological and physiological assault. the
important twist is that the harm must occur within minutes,
and i have video evidence of the same.

at some point i will publish an update of the summary of medical
chronic disabilities, as i realised i have had BRAIN OXYGEN
STARVATION to contend with at the same time as neuronal
inflammation and neuronal toxicity. underlying cause is
likely a pathogen(s) (virus etc) crossing over the blood-brain
barrier and taking up residence.
