i wrote to you informing you i am disabled.

i wrote to you informing you of criminal activity by NLnet.
i did not receive a response.
i wrote to you informing you of administrative seizure of my project by
NLnet
i did not receive a response.
i informed you of financial irregularities by NLnet.
i did not receive a response.
i wrote to you informing you i am autistic and need questions
not statements made.
i did not receive a response.
i also requested a review of NLnet's aggressive behaviour.
i did not receive a response.
retrospectively, the hypothesis that would explain your behaviour
would be that you had been speaking (colluding) with NLnet and
endorsing their behaviour and decisions. it is only a hypothesis:
i would very much welcome a public explanation which fits facts.
given the criminal behaviour of NLnet's staff and Director,
you should be personally very concerned if you have indeed
collaborated with them,as it would imply - if the hypothesis
is indeed correct - that you are - personally - Accessories
to Criminal Activity under Dutch Law: abuse of a Chronically
ill Disabled individual.
i feel compelled to point that out, and really wish to hear
the facts that invalidate my hypothesis, as well as receive
investigative questions from your open-minded selves,
respecting at all times my serious chronic DISABILITIES
that you are LEGALLY OBLIGED to take into account.

Dear Mr Luke Kenneth Casson Leighton,
We have received information from people managing info at ngi.eu of your
complaint about NLnet.
As Commission we delegate the management of the third parties funding and
grants to intermediates like NLnet; hence it is their full responsibility
to allocate and manage the fund.
This work and activities are regularly reviewed by external experts ;
assessments show that the funds are allocated fairly and transparently and
managed appropriately.
If there is anything we can help with please let us know.
Cordially,
Jean-Luc Dorel
