woke again now 12:10, headace left temple increased.
still lying down can only manage 1 word every three
seconds, tourette's symptoms occuring ("gnchrrrr, ur ur")
12:18 SEVERE pain up to 7/8 out of 10 just like 20th
must stop call help. in danger from A&E they stated
on my NHS record "we CANNOT help him", PALS complaint
37418 in effect states i must submit to being abused
