My name is Luke Kenneth Casson Leighton and I have been assaulted abused
neglected and tortured by Antelope House psychiatric ward from 31st may
2024 to 12 june 2024.

I an autistic high-masking reclusive adult with *ZERO* clinical diagnoses
of any kind by the NHS both physical AND MENTAL.

An employee of Hampshire County Council Social Service whose first name i
know is "Akeem" was present at and participated in the assault which began
around 3pm of the 31st may.

this individual was also present at a meeting with myself 2 days prior and
made very specific committments and guarantees to me, regarding my safety
and well-being, that he subsequently blatantly violated, resulting directly
in me being deceived as to the purpose of the 31st may meeting, and thus
assaulted and tortured, despite being an autistic high-masking adult that
would normally be protected under the Autism Act 2009, Disability Act 2010,
Care Act 2014 and be Safeguarded under the same.

i have this individual's face on a video recording after he partcipated in
a "closed doors" meeting around 4pm, which i was not permitted into, but
continued the discussion after he and the other participants assaulted me
and placed me into shock and anaphylaxis due to medical complications
involving a domestic violence relationship that NONE OF THE PARTICIPANTS OF
THE MEETING INCLUDING THIS "Akeem" ASKED ANY DETAILS ABOUT.

the video notes very clearly the guilt on his face as i inform him of the
betrayal of my trust placed in him regarding his committment to my safety.

I require this individual's full name and the department, address of that
department, and his manager's full name.

I require copies of all communications, all notes, all telephone logs, all
transcripts of all telephone conversations, all names of all people that
have discussed me, engaged in any conversations or meetings online or in
person, all participants in all such conversations or meetings.

i also especially require a copy of the notes this individual "Akeem" took
before, during, and after the meeting of the 29th.

if you encounter any resistance or any failure to comply or find that any
information is witheld or has been destroyed or tampered with please treat
this as "Perversion of the Course of Justice" and do not hesitate to call
Hampshire police immediately.
