regarding the torture at Antelope House Brinton's Terrace Southampton under
the "supervision" of Dr Thagadur:

please explain why nobody has requested to see these photographs of
hand-written notes one of which clearly shows TWO TIAs occurring within
minutes of each other (0:39 and 0:51) after UNSUPERVISED non-informed
non-consensual AGENCY-STAFF-ADMINISTERED forcibly-coerced ingestion of a
known-toxic inflammatory-inducing substance.

[threats were made: "if you do not take this toxic substance we will hold
you down and inject you with it". my legally-permitted objections in
writing were met every single time with this distressing threat].

please explain why the timestamp on my handwritten notes agrees with the
date of the document, notes that I informed you of my dietary requirements
in writing ON THE 26TH MAY 2024, yet your "Final Response" states very
clearly "my autism dietary requirements were met by yourselves".

please provide the meticulously-accurate Medical Records which you must
have on file that indicate in writing WHAT TYPE OF MEDICAL DIET YOU CLAIM I
INFORMED YOU I AM ON and WHAT IS THE DATE AND TIME OF THAT ENTRY and BY
WHOM.
