hi joseph,

appreciated the response: it doesn't actually even refer to, let alone
acknowledge what i requested.

i asked for all *communication*, not an explanation
of, opinion on, or justification of Akin's *behaviour*.

let us work out what FOI Request I would have to make to result in your
response:

"please provide your OPINION of Akin's conduct".

this is what you are saying I requested. sounds incredibly stupid, doesn't
it? particularly as you are covered by a Law of freedom of INFORMATION, not
a Law of freedom to an OPINION.

why in God's name would I write under a freedom of INFORMATION Law to
request an OPINION?

please now acknowledge and action my request, in full, and without delay.

a reminder:

   please provide ALL conversations, without
tampering or redaction, regarding myself with
ANY party, including their FULL names
Department role and Manager's full name.

naturally this also now include the discussions which led to the
misinterpretation and misrepresentation of my request.

additional reminder: if you encounter any suspicious activity, then given
that I was maimed and tortured and almost died as a direct result of
"Akin's" misconduct, please consider it to be Perversion Of The Course Of
Justice and call Hampshire police immediately.

l.
