dear foi team,
with much gratitude for your kind acknowledgement of the
Autism Act 2009 and its statutory requirements. yes your
response was clear and respectful.
moving on to its substance: i am a little alarmed to learn
that MPs have *no law covering their conduct*! this would
seem to be a massive oversight by which lack of accountability
could result in any given MP acting with impunity.
i contrast this with Taiwan where the full day-to-day activities
of every Civil Servant are not just a matter of public record
there is *unrestricted* world-wide access to the same!
Saqib Bhatti MP has already demonstrated a blatant disregard
for me by contacting *other people* about me, rather than talk
to me about me, and I will be absolutely brutally honest in
saying I am terrified he might be goaded into actively
seeking vengeance if I attempt to interact with him, especially
if *he himself* holds the evidence (if not already destroyed)
of wrongdoing regarding his conversations with CALDERWOOD.
your suggestion to make a FoI request to Hants is
appreciated, and one i would take if already on it.
i received a response today: they have dodged by
mis-interpreting my request as an *explanation*
for the unprofessional misconduct, as opposed to my *actual*
request being for the full and complete records of all
conversations.
i am sure that many people will be fascinated to learn that
MPs operate with no law governing their public accountability.
l.

not employ MPs, and they do not report details of their work to us. MPs
may use some of our services to communicate, such as our telephone systems,

Contact details are available at:
http://www.parliament.uk/mps-lords-and-offices/mps/. However, MPs are not
legally obliged to answer FOI requests, because they are not covered by the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.
